Consultation & Concept Design

Goal: Understand client needs and create initial technical concept.

What we do:

  • Meet with client and architects to define project goals and scope
  • Review architectural concepts, functional requirements, and site data
  • Identify applicable standards (IEC, EN, NFPA, local norms)
  • Prepare concept drawings in AutoCAD or Revit with basic layouts
  • Estimate capacities and perform early-stage calculations (EcoDial, DIALux Evo, PV*SOL)
  • Provide preliminary cost and energy analysis with feasibility insights

Detailed Engineering Design

Goal: Develop all systems with full technical accuracy.

What we do:

  • Produce full MEP documentation (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, BMS)
  • Generate all calculation reports and single-line diagrams
  • Design automation, control panels, and fire-safety systems
  • Ensure coordination between disciplines (BIM 360 / Revit)

Review & Procurement

  • Present final design for review and comments
